Cho-Pat Dual Action Knee Strap The Cho-Pat newly patented Dual Action Knee Strap provides an extra dimension of relief for painful and weakened knees. The knee strap applies pressure upon the patellar tendon below the kneecap to stabilize and tighten up the kneecap mechanism, which improves patellar tracking and elevation and reduces patellar subluxation. It adds further strengthening to the kneecap mechanism by applying pressure on the tendon above the kneecap as well. This tends to reduce the forces of the quadriceps on the patella tendon and erosion of the undersurface of the kneecap due to a possible misalignment of the quadriceps (Q angle). I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS FROM WEARING THE CHO-PAT ACTION KNEE STRAP. MY KNEE HAS BEEN BECOMING DISLOCATED ON MY RIGHT KNEE FOR YEARS, BUT SUDDENLY IT WAS DISLOCATED AND AFTER AN HOUR OF WORKING TO GET UP FROM A SITTING POSITION MY KNEE WAS VERY SORE. I WORE MY OLD KNEE BRACE FOR A WEEK, BUT MY KNEE WAS STILL SWOLLEN AND ACHING.
I SAW A RUNNER WITH A STRAP KNEE BRACE ON AND I THOUGHT THIS MIGHT WORK. I WORE MY CHO-PAT ACTION KNEE BRACE FOR 2 WEEKS AND DID MY TREADMILL AND LEG LIFTS. MY KNEE HAS NOT FELT AS GOOD IN YEARS. I HIGHLY SUGGEST THAT ANYONE THAT NEED A LITTLE KNEW SUPPORT GET THIS PRODUCT.

The cho pat brace works well. It stretches a little so when you are between sizes, it is better to buy the smaller size. This was the best price I could find on the item.
